At Cityplus, we offer a wide range of mortgage and buy-to-let services to our members. With access to 103 residential and buy-to-let lenders, we are able to provide our members with a wide range of options to choose from to suit most situations.
For transparency, we currently do not have access to Accord, Virgin/Clydesdale, TSB or HSBC.
Protection - (Including Business Protection and PMI)
At Cityplus, we understand the importance of protecting what matters most. That's why we offer a comprehensive protection insurance service to our members. With access to 21 protection providers, we provide our clients with a wide range of options to choose from, including life, critical illness, income protection, PMI, Over 50's and more. We also have access to Uinsure, Paymentshield and The Source for building and contents insurance, providing our members with the best options in the market.

We have a panel of 54 bridging, commercial and development lenders, which gives us the ability to provide our members with a wide range of options to choose from. Our panel of expert bridging finance lenders will work closely with you to understand your clients unique needs and provide you with tailored advice and guidance on the best bridging finance options available to you. Whether your clients are looking for short term finance to purchase a property, or to bridge a gap in funding while waiting for a traditional loan to be approved, our panel has the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals. We understand that bridging finance can be a complex and time-sensitive matter, which is why our access to a diverse range of lenders also allows us to offer solutions to clients needs.
For advisers wishing to advise in this area, we have 4 choices available on panel to provide business finance solutions. Whether your clients are looking for funding for expansion, equipment financing, working capital, or a business acquisition (and more), our approved lenders tend to offer a solution to most requirements. We also permit off panel lenders should you need to use another lender.
Sharia Compliant HPP and BTL
At Cityplus, we are one of a select few (circa 15 firms) in the UK who hold the Islamic Home Purchase Plan (HPP) permissions with the FCA. We are proud to be key partners with Gatehouse Bank and Strideup for Sharia Compliant Residential and buy to let transactions. What's more, we have in total 5 Sharia Compliant Lenders on panel providing a wide range of USP's as well as a Sharia Compliant Bridging lender.

Cityplus was born from advisers who have previously been advisers. At Cityplus, we permit advisers to advise on second charge mortgages. Where advisers do not wish to advise in this area, we have a referral agreement set up with Brilliant Solutions to refer cases too. For advisers who do wish to advise on second charges, they can or utilise a packaging service (fees free) with Brilliant Solutions. We do have a wide range of second charges lenders, 11 in total which service the vast majority of scenarios that warrant a second charge recommendation.
